The ham is made from 100% Ibérico pigs, raised free-range and fed on acorns. Each ham is naturally cured in cellars for 3-4 years until it reaches the highest quality.

Salamanca was chosen for curing – a region whose climate is ideal for the production of Ibérico hams. The right temperature and dry air create exceptional conditions for natural curing, ensuring that only the highest quality hams leave our curing cellars.
