Delivery Information

The standard delivery time within Lithuania is 1–2 business days.*

You can choose the most convenient delivery method:

1. FREE PICKUP AT IBERICO STUDIJA

Orders can be collected for free at:
IBERICO STUDIJA, H. ir O. Minkovskių g. 85, Kaunas
We will contact you by SMS or phone to arrange pickup.

2. Delivery within Lithuania to DPD Parcel Lockers

  • Orders over €100: free delivery
  • Orders up to €100: delivery fee depends on the weight of the items, ranging from €3.10 to €6.40

3. Delivery within Lithuania via DPD Courier

  • Orders over €100: free delivery
  • Delivery fee depends on the weight of the items, ranging from €5.70 to €20.00

Note: Delivery is not available to Kuršių Nerija.

4. Delivery Abroad

Delivery to EU countries is arranged individually.*
The cost and delivery time depend on the destination country. For more information, contact jamonesltes@gmail.com.

Important: Shipments outside Lithuania or the EU customs area may be subject to import taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including import duties, VAT, and other fees.

*Some products may have longer delivery times. Please check the specific delivery period when ordering.

5. General Information

Deliveries are carried out by the Seller or the Seller’s authorized representative (courier).

The Seller delivers goods according to the estimated delivery times indicated in the product descriptions. These times are indicative and do not apply if the product is out of stock. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed of any shortages.

The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller will contact the Buyer promptly to arrange delivery.

The Seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

The Buyer must notify the Seller within 2 business days of receiving the shipment if it arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, the wrong quantity, or incomplete sets.
