Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returning Items

  • Food products: Must be intact and unused.
  • Defective items: Must include a photo of the defect.
  • Unsafe or unsuitable products: Items not fit for human consumption.
  • Non-food products: Must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the items. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. Contact us if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., sliced food products)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Period

For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Upon approval, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.
