Jamón de Bellota 50% Ibérico is a ham from carefully selected pigs that were raised free-range in oak pastures in Extremadura and fed naturally on bellota acorns and wild plants throughout the montanera period.
The ham was aged in natural dryers and cellars, and was selected by the hands of craftsmen only when it reached the perfect level of maturity.
