Made from selected lean 100% free-range, acorn-fed Iberian pork, sourced from the finest purebred pigs. The meat is ground medium coarsely, traditionally seasoned with paprika and other natural spices, and finally stuffed into a casing.
Maturation takes place in natural dryers and cellars, and the products are selected by hand.
Minimum drying: 90 days
