Gourmet Tasting: Three Types of Spanish Hams

Iberico Studija invites you on an exclusive journey of flavors, where centuries-old Spanish traditions, careful curing, and refined gourmet pleasure come together.

During the tasting, you will sample three carefully selected Spanish hams, each showcasing different curing stages and unique characteristics:

  • Gran Reserva – 24 months curing
  • Iberico 50% de Cebo de Campo – 36 months curing
  • Iberico 50% de Bellota – 42 months curing

In a professionally guided tasting, you will learn about the origin of each ham, production methods, textures, and aromas, and discover how to identify subtle flavor nuances. Upon request, each ham can be paired with carefully selected wines to further enhance its distinctive character.

Enjoy a cozy atmosphere, slow savoring, and gourmet interaction with friends, colleagues, or business partners.
