Given the increasingly common forms of intolerance today, Panadería Obando decided to contribute to the creation of a quality product that is currently in great demand. We have adapted the traditional bread sticks "pizzas" to the diet of people with food intolerances, while maintaining all their texture and taste. These "pizzas" are free of gluten, lactose and known allergens - the wheat flour has been replaced with rice flour and corn starch.
